IHF Wins Community Engagement Initiative of the Year at the Triple E Awards 2025
We are proud to share that It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) has been honored with the Community Engagement Initiative of the Year Award at the Triple E Awards 2025, held in Prague, Czech Republic. This recognition was awarded for our work at the IHF School, Kolcondo Campus, a shining example of how education and community empowerment can bring lasting change to even the most remote corners of Bangladesh.

The Kolcondo Char, where our school is located, is a geographically isolated river island community that has long struggled with limited access to education, livelihoods, and essential services. Despite these challenges, our dedicated team has worked hand in hand with the community to transform barriers into opportunities. The Kolcondo Campus is more than just a school — it is a hub of hope, resilience, and sustainable development.
At Kolcondo, children receive free, quality education, opening doors to opportunities that were once out of reach. Alongside education, we focus on family empowerment through livelihoods support, skill-building initiatives, and community-led development. This holistic approach ensures that progress is not confined to the classroom but is woven into the daily lives of families, creating a foundation for long-term, inclusive growth.
Being recognized on such a prestigious international stage validates the strength of our model and reaffirms the importance of community-driven solutions. It highlights how a local initiative in a remote Bangladeshi char can resonate globally, serving as an inspiring example of how education and empowerment can create ripple effects of change.
