For refunds, please contact us at info@itshumanity.org to send a refund request within 7 days of making the payment. Once the refund is initiated, the refund will be adjusted to the customer’s account within 7 working days. In case of chargeback, customer has to contact the issuer bank of the card that s/he used to complete the payment. Once the chargeback request is issued from the bank's end, the requested amount will be disbursed within 14 working days.
