Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan that aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.
• Identify and research potential funding opportunities from diverse sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing donors and prospective donors.
• Develop personalized donor engagement plans to enhance donor retention and loyalty.
• Organize and manage donor recognition programs and events.
• Plan and coordinate fundraising campaigns, including annual appeals and online fundraising initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly targets for raising funds.
• Work closely with the Communication team to develop fundraising materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and grant proposals.
• Maintain records of donor information and fundraising activities.
• Work closely with the Finance team to set yearly fundraising targets and achievements.
• Prepare and maintain regular donor reports on a project and program basis.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: MBA or Master’s (Major in Marketing, Development Studies, Communication)
• Candidates with a PGD in Project Management will be given priority.
• 3-5 years of fundraising experience.
• Sound knowledge of the Development sector, especially in donor management and engagement.
• Experience in managing a large team.
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of report writing, proposal writing, and grant writing.
