It’s Humanity Foundation Holds 9th Annual Iftar in Dhaka
In a heartwarming celebration of community and compassion, It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) hosted its 9th Annual Iftar on March 2 at the elegant Elite Convention Center in Gulshan. The event brought together representatives from diplomatic missions, leaders from the corporate sector, industrialists, media professionals, celebrities, and other distinguished guests for an evening of unity and purpose.
More than a hundred students from schools operated by the foundation attended the gathering, sharing Iftar with guests and well-wishers. Their presence served as a powerful reminder of the organization’s mission—to nurture hope and opportunity through education.

The primary objective of the evening was to foster meaningful connections between members of society and underprivileged students. By creating a shared space of reflection and generosity, the foundation aimed to inspire continued support for initiatives that secure a brighter future for children through quality education and holistic care.
The event was presided over by Md. Adnan Hossain, Founder and Executive Director of IHF who highlighted the organization’s long-standing commitment to empowering young minds.
“We are firmly committed to ensuring quality education for children,” he said. “For nearly 16 years, It’s Humanity Foundation has been working to develop the intellectual, moral, and humanitarian values of students through our schools across the country, helping to build a safer and brighter future for them.”
He further added, “With the continued support of our stakeholders and well-wishers, we are expanding our initiatives every year. Together, we are bringing positive change to the lives of marginalized children.”
The evening was graced by H.E. Haji Haris bin Haji Othman, High Commissioner of Brunei to Bangladesh, who attended as the Special Guest. His presence underscored the importance of cross-cultural goodwill and shared humanitarian values.
