IHF Holds Its 9th AGM to Reflect on Achievements and Future Goals
On 25th October, 2025, It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) successfully hosted its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2024–2025, marking another milestone in its ongoing journey of empowering communities through education and social development. The event brought together partners, supporters, and stakeholders to celebrate achievements from the past year and discuss future strategies to strengthen IHF’s impact across Bangladesh.
It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) held its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 25 October 2025, at Hotel Nascent Gardenia, Baridhara, Dhaka. The meeting was chaired by Md. Adnan Hossain, Founder and Executive Director of IHF, and served as a platform to review the organization’s progress during the 2024–2025 fiscal year and to outline strategic priorities for the upcoming year. The AGM was attended by representatives from various partner and supporting organizations, including Citi NA, Al Matrooshi General TRD LLC, Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Ismaili Civic, Kiabi, BacharLorai, Centro Tex, Sir John Wilson School, Aga Khan Academy, International School Dhaka, Orenda & Beans, Moshal Mental Health Matters, and Manobik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS), along with senior officials from both national and international institutions.

In his welcome address, Md. Adnan Hossain expressed heartfelt gratitude to all partners and well-wishers for their continuous support and encouragement throughout IHF’s journey. “It’s been over 15 years since we began this journey with a vision to ensure education and empowerment for all,” he shared. “I want to sincerely thank all the individuals and organizations who have supported us in countless ways along the way. Without their unwavering encouragement, the journey of IHF would not have been possible.”
During the meeting, Tokens of Appreciation were presented to several partner organizations in recognition of their sustained collaboration and contributions to IHF’s mission. This gesture symbolized the foundation’s deep appreciation for the shared commitment that continues to drive its programs forward.
The AGM also highlighted IHF’s key accomplishments over the past year, including significant progress in education, youth development, livelihood, and mental health initiatives. Attendees reflected on how IHF’s programs have continued to transform lives through access to quality education, vocational skills, and community-based support systems. The discussion further focused on setting strategic goals for the coming fiscal year, emphasizing innovation, sustainability, and inclusion at the core of IHF’s operations.
As the meeting concluded, participants reaffirmed their shared vision of a more equitable and empowered society, where every child has access to education and the opportunity to thrive. It’s Humanity Foundation continues to align its efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those focused on Quality Education, Gender Equality, Good Health and Well-being, and Reduced Inequalities. With the strong backing of its partners and community, IHF looks ahead to another year of meaningful progress and collective impact.
