Welcoming Ms. Noor-E-Fayzun Nahar as Head of Programs at It's Humanity Foundation
We are excited to announce that Noor-E-Fayzun Nahar has joined It’s Humanity Foundation as the Head of Programs. A highly accomplished development specialist, Noorie brings over a decade of rich experience spanning Bangladesh, the United States, and countries in East and West Africa.
In her new role at IHF, Ms. Noor-E-Fayzun Nahar will be leading the organization’s strategic initiatives and program management, steering our efforts toward creating long-lasting, impactful change in the communities we serve.
Ms. Noor-e-Fayzun Nahar is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in gender analysis, policy development, and project management. She recently completed a second master's degree in International Development Economics from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, focusing on Quantitative Analysis and Evaluation. She simultaneously finished a Certificate in Project Management in Global Health from the University of Washington, Seattle.
With more than a decade worth of experience, she has worked extensively on education, livelihood, and health projects across Bangladesh, the United States, and several countries in East and West Africa.
Proficient in utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research methods, she is a subject matter expert when it comes to evidence-based policy making for sustainable development and gender equity. Ms. Nahar is additionally providing consultancy to BRAC International for their work across Africa and World Faiths Development Dialogue International Inc, Washington DC.
As Ms. Noor-E-Fayzun Nahar steps into this leadership role, we are confident that her vision and experience will further strengthen our work across Bangladesh. With her at the helm of our program initiatives, we are ready to expand our impact, elevate our outreach, and continue empowering communities.
