IHF EMERGENCY FLOOD RESPONSE

Severe flooding in Chattogram has affected thousands of families, particularly in low-lying and remote communities. Many people have been forced to leave their homes, while others remain stranded without adequate food, safe drinking water, medicines, hygiene supplies, and basic protection from the weather.

It’s Humanity Foundation (IHF) has launched an emergency flood relief response to support affected families across Chattogram. Our local volunteers are working in flood-affected areas to identify vulnerable households, reach emergency shelters, and assist families who are unable to leave their homes.

Our emergency response includes:

- Distribution of cooked meals and dry food packages
- Safe drinking water, ORS, and water purification support
- Essential medicines and first-aid supplies
- Hygiene products for women and adolescent girls
- Baby food, diapers, and other essential household items
- Direct assistance to families in shelters and remote communities


Despite heavy rain, difficult road conditions, and limited access, our volunteers continue to reach people door to door and provide immediate humanitarian assistance.Your contribution can help us provide life-saving support to more flood-affected families.
